The Olsen's: October 2008

So since we have had kids Jeremy and i have not been able to get away by ourselves. Or leave the kids for a long period of time, Well Brekke stayed at my parents 2 nights while i was in the hospital when i had Morgan but she still came to visit. But Jeremy and I snuck away and put the kid son my parents thank goodness my mom was able to take a week off work to watch them. But we went on a cruise. It was sooo much fun we went with some friends of ours Brian and Mary Hon and Brian's sister Cassey.

But here is our adventure

DAY 1

Leaving Long Beach Port

They made us do a firedrill and put our life vests on adn then took us to where we would get on the life bost in case somethign happened

Here us Girls came out to actually watch as the boat left port man was it cold

Long Beach Police kept circling our bost over and over we think it was to keep other boats out of our way

DAY 2

Catalina Island

(its a Panoroma)

The water in catalina Island was SO blue.

We went on a glass bottom boat ride. It was good for the Devyn and Kori who really enjoyed it. I was expecting something different but all in all it was pretty cool

After we went on the Glass bottom boat ride we went back to the cruise ship to eat lunch and drop Brian and Mary's girls off at Camp Carnival (day care) we took the little fairy boat back to the shore and then we went snorkeling, Thats by far was the coolest thing i have ever done. At first i was freaking out becasue the wet suit is soooo high and i was freakign out about how cold the water was. Well the water was about 65 degrees But ounce you get in the water its fine you forget about it at first

This was while we were waiting for them to coem get us so we could snorkle

Later that night was formal night so we all showered the salt off our body got perttied up and we all looked sharp. Brian and Mary where able to drop their girls off at camp carnival so we all had a blast and after wards we were able to enjoy a dip in the hot tub and some hot chocolate before having to get the girls. :)

Each night while you are eating dinner they come and fold your blankets back and put your paper work out and then fold a towel out of some animal for you. Tonights was a dog and they put Jeremy's sunglasses on him

DAY 3

Ensenada, Mexico

We were able to spend most of the day in Ensenada this day. It was alot of fun i had a blast walkeing the streets and hageling on stuff we wanted to buy.

We all had a good laugh that they just sold drug stuff right on the street. Jeremy had the nerve to ask one lady what they were used for and then lady gave him a grin and said they were for decoration.

Jeremy and Brian entered a Ping Pong contest and Jeremy won he was pretty excited :)

This is of the Mexican Flag, When i went to take the picture you could see the flag perfectly and by the time i snapped the picture all you could see was the top half.

This is of a cruise ship that was right next to us. You can Barley see it, thats how thick the fog was

Here's Kori just being so dang cute!

Today was also Kori's 2nd birthday which was nice.

The Matradii came over to the table to see how the girls where doing and he tolded to them for a while. His acident sounded familiar to me and i told jeremy that it sounded like her was from Italy. Well when jeremy realized he was the Matrdii and Jeremy talked for a hile in Italian Jeremy loves to speak it and Devyn didn't know what was going on she looked very confused and we thought it was pretty funny.

DAY 4

Fun Day At Sea

Today we were at sea all. Day I had to go lay down in later becasue i was gettign so sick from the ship rocking back and forth

We played a little minuture golf on the boat

Here we were stopped by some island on our way back to the port

Tonight was kinda the Halloween tick or treating thing going on on the ship. They had a little trick or treating thing for the kids and then a costume contest. Well, no one knew about it so we had to improvise with Aunt Cassey's clothes :) well Kori or should i say Cloe won. The people that were judging called her Cloe :)

Today in the later part of the day we decided that we wanted to go see a show so we went down to the lounge and before the show started they had a dance class well Jeremy and Biran got up there and danced their hearts out and we all got a got kick out of that. :)

While we were all seated to eat dinner the waiter came up and asked if we saw the stuff in the water and we said yes but we didn't know what it was well he said they were Dolpins so we got excited, well about 5 minutes later brian had looked out and saw this.
