Who can sing best? oh no contest there Jeremy. He is in both the church choir and the community choir.


Who is smarter? Jeremy is way smarter than i am. He makes me feel dumb for things that i say or do but i am way smarter when it comes to our girls and their needs


Who does laundry? I always do the laundry, the only load that Jeremy does is his work clothes. Which i am grateful for because if something happens to them its not my fault. But, i don't mind washing and drying but i hate folding and putting away. I get good and on a roll and then somethign happens and it pile sup very quickly


Who pays the bills? Thats would be me, Well actually mainly it would be the bank becasue we have everythign set up on bill pay you HAVE to love them casue i sure do :)


Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? What do you consider the right side?!?! When you are standing at the end of the bed and looking at it... I am on the right and jeremy is on the left, he is closer to the alarm clock when i goes off and i am closer to the door to go check ont he gilrs when i need to.


Who mows the lawn? Well, the one and only time we have done it, it has been Jeremy, but we are lettign our lawn die down becasue we dont want to keep watering it and having to pay for it


Who cooks dinner? Generlly me i wish i did more often, When jeremy makes dinner he either does a frozen pizza or hot dogs :)


Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Well it depends on what we are argueing about. but i am generally the first to say i am sorry Jeremy thinks he is always right.


Who kissed who first? Umm that would be Jeremy and i had NO idea it was coming. But i liked it ;)


Who wears the pants? lol.... ummm.... well...I am going to say that I think it is pretty equal.... sometimes I do and sometimes he does.

A wonderful Thanksgiving!

This year Jeremy and I ended up spending it with just the 2 of us well 4 of us. Jeremy's parents where suppose to come out but they ended up getting sick at the last minute. Jeremy also had to work all day until 4 but he was home most of the day anyway which was nice. I cooked a turkey all day and all the fixings, so when he got off we could have our own little Thanksgiving dinner. Brekke was a grump just before jeremy got home from work to eat that i scolded her and made her sit on the couch and told her not to move next thing I notice is she is fast asleep so she missed out eating with us. But, little morgan chowed like she had never ate before. I think her favorite was the stuffing and turkey and roll.

Later that night we ened up having our friends come over for pie and the guys ended up having lots of fun playing video games.

My favorite part of the whole day is when my cousin Tiffany and Jordan spontaneously decided they were going to come out to visit. It was so nice to have some sort of family around and they are so much fun. After i stuffed them full of food Jordan had a blast playing with the guys and Tiff and i chatted away and played with the girls. They ended up staying until around 10:30 and then made the long trek back to Tucson.

All in all it was a great day we had tons of fun. Even better LEFT OVERS!!!!!!!!!

walking distance you be the judge

I started walking with my neighbor Angelina i dont go everymorning becasue it kills me after walking the hill 2 time sin a row. My ankle my knees and my sheens KILL me after i walk it. But i looks it up on mapqwest and google maps and it gave me 2 different distances totally crazy

but yeah map qwest is 4.54 miles

and google maps is 3.7 miles and it should take us 1 hour and 14 minutes to walk it. of course it takes me a little longer to walk it becasue i need to take it slow :)

When you think of the end of November what do you think of? NICE WEATHER PERHAPS? Yeah the weather here has been okay but rather on the warm side. The high for today is 83 and in the afternoon i still have to turn my swamp cooler on to cool the house for liek half an hour. It should not be like that It also doesn't help that my back windo is against the sun in the afternoon so that brings alot of the heat in the afternoon. I want it to be cold alrleady so we can turn our heater on so i can get out some winter clothes. Maybe im just being ungreatful of our weather now i'm sure that when it gets super cold here i'll be saying i want it to warm up.

So just now i walked into the living room to check on the girls to make sure they were okay while i was on the computer and I had given Morgan a bottle this morning and she didn't drink it all so i had been giving her a sippy cup and she was off and on with it well i knew she was tired but i was holding on on her to see how long i could wait so she would take just 1 nap today well I walked in to her sitting drinking her bottle ASLEEP. I wasn't able to get a good picture becasue she was swaying but what i did get was cute

Yummy recipes

Last Tuesday we had Enrichment and since i am in charge of it i was drawing a blank of what to do, so what we ended up doing is cleaning the kitchen and doing a homemade cookie exchange. So i decided i would make Chocolate chip pumpkin cookies and Blackforest stuffed cupcakes. I have never had black forest cake until my sister-n-law debbies mom made it and i have been in love with it ever since I just love it. But here are the recipes enjoy. They all turned out great!!!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Serving:42

Bake 375 degree for 13-15 minutes

4 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 (16 ounce) can solid pakc pumkin

1 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all together and then Bake.

Blackforest Stuffed Cupcakes

Serving: 24

350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes

1 (18.5 ounce) package chocolate cake mix

1 package cream cheese (softened)

1 egg

2 tablespoons sugar

1 (19 ounce) can cherry pie filling

1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip topping

Directions:

1. heat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare cake batter as directed on packag, Set aside. Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended.

2. Spoon 2 table spoons of cake batter in cupcake paper or tin. Top each 1 table spoon of cream cheese mixture and 2 cherries and a little filling. Cover evenly with remaining cake batter.

3. Bake 20-25 minutes or untinl toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Top with Whipped topping and cherry pie filling just before serving. :)

Yard work

Recently just after we bought our house we had our insurance agent come out and insepect our house on the outside well needless to say it did not pass the inspection that yard was grossly over grown and there was pieaces of wood missing off the facia. They said that if we didn't get it fixed by the 15th then our policy was going to be canceled. Well needless to say Jeremy called his dad very quickly to see if they could make a trip out to help us do some stuff. Luckly they were able to and they didn't have any plans.

Here is the back yard how over grown it was when we bought it.

teh day we found out that we had all this stuff to do I spent about 2 hours tearing up the stupid planter box's and the table while Jeremy was at work.I am glad i was able to get that done for him becasue that saved them alot of work.

Baby dolls

When ever brekke goes to visit grandma and grandpa Olsen she goes straight for the toy closet and for a particular baby and baby bottle. She just loves it. So grandma Olsen gave it to Brekke to take to my parents while the girls where staying with my parents while we went on our cruise. Well brekke carries around the bottle a lot and even tried to make jeremy and i drink from it every now and then. :)

halloween 2008

So this Halloween i didn't want togo out abotu spend 15 bucks per costume so they could wear it 1 time. So i decided brekke was going to go as a balerina again since i had the stuff for it already i just bought tule to make a tutu for her. For Morgan my mom had bought her a black onzie athat had a cat face on it and i just took a head band sewed some black fabric on it and then sewed some felt ears on it so she would have cat ears and i also made her a tutu. they were so dang cute if i dont mind saying.

This is our neighbor we walked up to the church together and then on the way home we stopped by a few houses to let the big girls do some trick or treating

See what happens when you let the neighbor kid sit in your stroller while eating a sucker while your baby is asleep. The sucker was so matted in her hair i had to use peanut butter to get it out
